Affiliates: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the OG Express Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before signing up.
1. Overview
The OG Express Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting OG Express products and services through unique referral links.
By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our general Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To participate in our Affiliate Program:
- You must be 21 years or older.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
- OG Express reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason at our discretion.

OG Express offers a tiered affiliate commission structure to reward performance and growth:

10% Commission on total referred sales from $0 to $1,000

15% Commission on total referred sales from $1,001 to $9,999

20% Commission on total referred sales of $10,000 and above
Commission rates are calculated based on the total cumulative referred sales by each affiliate.
Affiliates start at the 10% tier by default. As affiliates reach a new tier, they may submit a support ticket to request a commission rate review and adjustment.
OG Express reserves the right to review and adjust commission rates on a case-by-case basis and to verify sales prior to applying tier upgrades.
4. Payment Terms
- The minimum payout threshold is $75.
- Affiliate payouts are processed via [Insert Payment Method, e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer] on a monthly basis.
- Earnings below the minimum payout threshold will carry over to the next payment cycle.
5. Refunds and Grace Period
To ensure customer satisfaction and manage potential refunds:
- A 35-day grace period is required before any commission is confirmed and eligible for payout.
- If a referral leads to a refund within this 35-day period, the associated commission will be voided.
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
- By participating in the OG Express Affiliate Program, you agree to:
- Promote OG Express in an ethical and professional manner.
- Avoid misleading claims or misrepresentations about our products or services.
- Not use spam, deceptive tactics, or false advertising to promote OG Express.
- Ensure your content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and marketing standards.
7. W9 Requirement
To comply with tax regulations, all affiliates must submit a completed W-9 form before earnings can be withdrawn.
Please download the W-9 form here and email your completed form as an attachment to contact@ogexpress.com for verification.
Note: You are still eligible to promote OG Express and share your affiliate links without submitting the W-9. However, payouts will not be processed until your W-9 is received and approved.
Once approved, you will be notified via email, and your affiliate dashboard will be enabled for withdrawals.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Using paid advertisements (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to target branded OG Express keywords.
- Misrepresenting themselves as part of OG Express.
- Engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or misleading behavior.
- Creating duplicate accounts to increase commission rates.
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
9. Tracking and Reporting
- Affiliates will receive access to a dedicated dashboard where they can track referrals, earnings, and payout history.
- OG Express is not responsible for untracked sales or issues resulting from third-party cookies being blocked.
10. Termination
OG Express reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violating these terms, engaging in unethical practices, or for any reason at our discretion.
Upon termination:
- Any unpaid commissions that have not yet met the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.
- You must immediately remove all OG Express promotional materials, links, and branding from your platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
OG Express will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data, or profits) arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
12. Changes to the Terms
OG Express reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
